Trial Counsel in Osceola County Civil Jury Trial

We were retained as trial counsel for a woman whose home was illegally raided by law enforcement after they mistakenly targeted her property in a grossly negligent operation. Despite lacking probable cause, officers ransacked her home and placed her under arrest — actions that left her with PTSD and long-term physical and emotional harm. 

Although she was initially offered a $24,000 civil settlement, we took the case to trial in Osceola County. After a five-day jury trial, the jury awarded our client $730,000, affirming the severity of the harm she endured and holding law enforcement accountable for their misconduct.
