Every jurisdiction has its own admission requirements, and representation outside Florida is always subject to court approval.

1. Can you represent me if my case is outside Florida?
Possibly. Depending upon the jurisdiction and court approval, we may be able to appear through pro hac vice admission while working with local counsel.
2. Are you licensed in every state?
No. Our principal office is located in Florida. Representation outside Florida depends upon the rules of the jurisdiction and court approval. Even still, we have handled cases in Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, and Virginia as lead trial counsel.
3. Can I hire you even if another attorney already represents me?
In some situations, yes. We are often asked to serve as additional trial counsel, co-counsel, or litigation strategy counsel in significant matters.
4. Why have a trial first approach in a criminal case?
